1. Who we are and what this is

This website at ocleshop.com is operated by OCLE SRLS, trading as OCLE (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is your own.

3. Products, descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can and we do not make miracle claims. Our products are pet accessories, not veterinary or medical devices, and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. If your animal has a health condition, ask your vet before changing its equipment.

Colours can look different from one screen to another. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly between production batches. Where a size chart is given, please measure your animal rather than guessing.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to keep stock information accurate, but products may sell out. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error, refunding you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, refunding you in full, where we suspect fraud, where an order appears to be for resale, or where we cannot ship to the address given.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout and processed by Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

7. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, not to attempt to breach its security, not to scrape it by automated means for commercial purposes, and not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.

9. Intellectual property

The OCLE name, the site design and its text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Product photography supplied by our manufacturers remains the property of its owners.

10. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, where such limitation is not permitted by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law and your statutory rights

OCLE SRLS is a company registered in Italy. These terms are governed by Italian law, and any dispute not resolved between us will be heard by the courts of the place where OCLE SRLS is registered.

This does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the United States, the consumer protection rules of your state continue to apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits a right you cannot legally waive.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our own returns window of 30 days is longer than that and is offered in addition to it, not instead of it.
