Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Estimated US delivery: 3–5 business days from the order date. This includes 1 business day for processing and 2–4 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Every order is tracked, and you receive the tracking number by email once the parcel is on its way.
Where do you ship?
Across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tracking says nothing has moved.
Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after the label is created. That is normal. If it still shows nothing after that, write to us and we will chase the carrier.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered. Contact us first with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Do I pay for the return?
If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we do. If you changed your mind or it did not suit your animal, the return postage is yours. Nothing is deducted for the original shipping, because it was free.
When do I get my money back?
Within three to five business days of your return arriving and being checked. Your bank may take another five to ten days to show it.
Can I exchange instead?
The fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Tell us and we will watch for both.
Sizing and fit
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog’s chest girth at the widest point, just behind the front legs, and match it to the chart on the product page. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
How do I measure my dog?
Use a soft tape measure around the broadest part of the ribcage. Add about two finger-widths for comfort, then pick that size.
The harness does not fit. What now?
It counts as a normal return within 30 days. A short fitting on a live animal is not a problem — that is the only way to know.
Care
How do I clean it?
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap and air dry. Skip the tumble dryer so webbing and reflective trim last longer.
Safety
Is there anything I should check?
Inspect harnesses, leads and restraints before each use and stop using anything that is damaged. None of our gear is a substitute for supervision. Powered toys are for supervised play only — switch them off and store them after each session.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you take?
Shop Pay and all major cards, processed securely by Shopify. We never see your full card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not been sent yet, yes — write to us as soon as you can and we will cancel and refund in full.
Where is my order?
Check the tracking link in your email, or your account. If something looks wrong, write to us with your order number.
